Located in Turtle Cove. The villa is very centrally located. Enjoy a relaxing 5 min stroll, thru the gardens to the beach or take a three min drive. Several restaurants and the grocery store are all very close. A leisurely ten minute stroll down the beach will lead you to Smiths Reef where you can enjoy the best snorkeling on the island.
If you don't feel like going to the beach?? Why not enjoy your own private pool on the upper level that boasts incredible ocean views while relaxing in the sunshine and beautiful sea breeze. Your tropical home away from home is surrounded in beautiful gardens and lush palm trees. Wake each morning to the sound of birds and the ocean.
From your wrap around deck , enjoy a beautiful sunset and miles of stunning Grace Bay Beach . Whether its Grace Bay lit at night or stunning turquoise waters in the daylight or a promising sunrise to a very special day ahead, the view never gets old! The villa is very spacious 2300 sq ft with all the amenities to make you feel at home. A well equipped kitchen for dining in , barbecue for grilling, high speed internet, smart tv, plenty of board games and books. Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas provided.
Granny suite capabilities available (at request) with a fully furnished 1000 sq ft apartment below. The entire apartment has ocean views. The granny suite is reserved for larger groups or guests in your party just needing their own space.
An on site houseperson and a property manager, both ready to assist. Our team takes pride in welcoming our guests and making sure that your vacation f(rom planning to last day) is seamless and very special!

For guest with larger groups, we offer our 1000 sq ft fully equipped apartment on the lower level. The apartment offer amazing panoramic views from the entire apartment. Full kitchen, queen bed, full bathroom, family room with smart tv and wifi. Apartment is also air conditioned. For rates, please inquire.
